Who We Are
Parkland Fire Protection is the Yorkton fire protection business of Fire Protection Services Canada, the group that covers Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The crew that comes to your building is local. The standards the work is held to, the certifications behind it and the reporting that comes out of it are the group’s, and they are the same in every city it serves.

Which fire code applies to your building
Saskatchewan adopts the National Fire Code of Canada directly, so the requirements for your building come from the NFC and the standards it references.
Your municipality’s fire department is the authority having jurisdiction and may add its own submission or documentation requirements on top of the code. Where it does, those requirements are part of the job and we handle them as part of the inspection.
